Quality and Environmental Certification
There is a growing demand in the market place for high quality products delivered with an increased level of reliability and service, along with these demands is an increasing awareness of environmental concerns. MarelliMotori is working hard to meet customers quality and environmental concerns. MarelliMotori is focusing its research and development efforts on producing high quality products that are competitive and suitable for a broad range of applications, while paying close attention to the environmental impact of both our processes and products. Quality and environmental procedures and controls are in place and they are fully implemented through all stages of the manufacturing process by MarelliMotori. In 1995 MarelliMotori was awarded the “Certification of Quality System” in compliance with the UNI-EN ISO 9001 standard continuing onto ISO 9001:2008 ("Vision 2000") in June 2003. In 1997 MarelliMotori achieved the “Certification of Environmental Management System” in accordance with the UNI-EN ISO 14001 standard by R.I.Na. (Registro Italiano Navale), which is the premiere Italian Registered Body. The integration of the Quality and the Environmental Management Systems results in a high quality product range, manufactured with very low environmental impacts:
