Marelli Motori announces co-CEO roles

Arzignano, Italy 

Marelli Motori the leading producer of electric motors and generators based in Arzignano, Italy, has announced changes to its board by appointing co-CEOs to its Italian leadership team.

The Board reorganisation, effective from 1st March 2023, will see Mr. Alessandro Pedroni move from Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) to CEO Operations with Mr. Wolfgang Unterbusch, currently Managing Director of Marelli Motori Central Europe GmbH, promoted to CEO Sales and Business Development.

Commenting on the new structure, parent company, Langley Holdings plc, director Bernard Langley said: “The move to a co-CEO model is a natural evolution for the business and will be key to achieving all of the goals we have set for the expansion of our Power Solutions division”.

Unterbusch added, “I am delighted at the new appointment and look forward to working with the wider Power Solutions team as our markets move to more sustainable power solutions.”
