Andrea Casella joined Marelli Motori in 2014, after 15 years of professional experience mainly spent as Chief Engineer and Technical Director in multinational companies such as Robert Bosch, Carraro Group and Piovan Group. Skilled in program management of technological and interfunctional projects, Andrea has a strong background in R&D and engineering of stationary and mobile control systems for off-highway and automotive applications. He is also experienced in static power conversion for industrial drives and the renewable energy markets, especially for large scale plants. Andrea is married and has two sons, he loves science, music, nature and art. He is keen on skiing and trekking in the Italian Alps.

After more than 20 years of experience in different operations role in a multinational company, Nicola Battistin joined Marelli Motori in November 2018. He is skilled in operations management, plant management, planning and logistic, process engineering, quality. His approach is lean oriented. He strongly believes in lean principles and promotes the “lean thinking” within the company. Nicola is married, has a daughter and a son and in his free time he likes running, swimming and reading books.

Paolo Bedin has almost 20 years of experience in executive sales & marketing roles in international companies (Xylem, Munters), dealing with different B2B industries, multiple channels and multicultural teams. Paolo is result oriented, extremely driven by passion and always focused on long term value creation thanks to his forward-looking business mindset. He strongly believes in proactivity because “there is always a better way”, like his favourite motto says. Married with Sabina, Paolo has a son and daughter. In his spare time he loves outdoor activities like cycling, hiking, sailing and also likes enjoying good food with his friends.

Marco Rondelli has almost 20 years of experience as a CFO in hi-tech manufacturing companies operating in an international environment. His main background and extensive expertise is in cost controlling, managerial accounting, budgeting and business planning. He aims to make a valuable contribution to the business and enjoys being in a strong team. He has two daughters and likes biking, fishing, good food and wine.

Before joining Marelli Motori in 2017, Mario has gained over 20 years’ consulting experience with multinational companies such as IBM, Wartsila, Bolton Group, Carraro Group, Luxottica, Acciaierie Valbruna and Zambon Group. He specifically focused his last 10 years’ working career on defining and conducting ERP and transformation projects. Being a certified Project Management Professional since 2007, he has successfully managed and accomplished very complex company transformation paths to new organizational models and innovated information systems. Mario has a son, a daughter and a cat. His main passions are cars, collecting timepieces and electronics.

Luca Parolari has more than 20 years of professional experience gained in a variety of executive roles both in domestic and multinational companies. Luca is result-oriented, a decisive leader with an excellent track record of creating revenue by providing strategic direction, pragmatic analysis and positive attitude. His deep understanding of critical business drivers in multiple markets and industries have allowed him to achieve outstanding results in several B2B environments. Luca is married and has three children. In his spare time he enjoys trekking, biking, running and outdoor life in general. Luca loves reading novels and watching movies.

Paolo Buratto has almost 30 years of experience within Human Resources & Organization. Thanks to his academic and professional experience supported by a strong passion for technical applications, Luciano has an incredible knowledge of electrical rotating machines applications. Devote to his work, Luciano's motto is "do the right thing in the shortest time". His daily line of duty is to provide fast and consistent solutions to any requirement coming from the field. Luciano shares his spare time between his two daughters and his unconventional hobby of building a wooden 43 feet boat in his backyard.

Michela Mattiello is a senior manager with a deep knowledge of B2B communication gained during an extensive experience in sales, marketing and corporate communications roles over the past 15 years. In her latest role she is focused on defining a brand & communication strategy to increase the corporate brand equity and help attain the company business objectives. Michela is an implementer who thrives on managing a variety of key initiatives. She has a sincere commitment to work, managing by influence with an ability to liaise with all levels within the organization. Michela is mother to a rugby playing son, she loves travelling and experiencing different cultures. In her spare part she likes to stay active as much as possible by jogging and playing squash.

Christian Sanson joined Marelli Motori in 2014, after 13 years of professional experience spent in international companies with roles of increasing responsibility and complexity. His previous role as Purchasing Manager in an automotive multinational company has gained him extensive experience in global purchasing, negotiation and company internationalisation processes. Christian has a daughter and in his free time he likes cooking, Caribbean dancing and riding his motorcycle.
