Last week, we celebrated our Safety Day 2025, an annual event dedicated to a fundamental value for us at Marelli Motori: safety. It’s not just a rule to be followed, but a principle that guides our every action and allows us to work in a serene and protected environment.
The event involved our entire team in a unique and interactive initiative. We created “safety pills,” short and practical guidelines that cover every aspect of our work, from the correct handling of tools to emergency procedures, as well as identifying and managing specific risks within our environment.
Every employee actively contributed to the creation of these pills, demonstrating that safety is a personal and collective commitment. The enthusiasm and participation of everyone made the event a moment of great sharing and growth.
