September 1, 2025 – Marelli Motori Srl today announced the appointment of Davide Sussi as CEO, Operations, effective September 1, 2025. He succeeds Alessandro Pedroni, who left the company after successfully leading Operations.
Mr. Sussi, 53, holds a degree in Management Engineering and an MBA, and brings extensive experience in industrial operations, services, and business development. He has spent over two decades at Nidec Asi SpA, holding roles of increasing responsibility across operations, service and business leadership. Since 2022, he has served as Vice President of the Rotating Machines business.
With a strong track record of operational excellence and strategic leadership, Mr. Sussi will focus on driving Marelli Motori’s operational performance and long-term competitiveness.
