- Electrical disconnection and mechanical decoupling from the engine (retraction) of each generator.
- Partial dismantling of the generator to access the internal components.
- Replacement of the existing fan with a new one specifically designed and supplied by the generators manufacturer, ensuring optimal performance.
- Precision balancing of the rotor – a critical step to eliminate vibrations and ensure smooth operation.
- Reassembly of the generator, followed by careful mechanical and electrical reconnection.
- Commissioning and comprehensive testing, including new vibration readings and functional parameter checks, to confirm the success of the intervention.
